This series of graphs shows the economic affect of Hugo Chavez's reign.   Call him what you will but I will take performance like depicted and I'll call it whatever you like.

THE PLANNED SYSTEMATIC DESTRUCTION OF THE AMERICAN WORKING MAN

It began in early 1980's .  The destruction of the American working man.  The beginning of the load up of National debt by Ronnie Regan by giving huge tax breaks and a military buildup we did not need.  It also marked the beginning of deregulation of all kinds.  The ball was handed to Clinton who proceeded to give us NAFTA, GATT AND WTO and on his way out deregulated the banks.. On to Bush who further loaded us up with more debt by granting huge tax breaks and lying us into a war or two.. On to Obama who appeared to be the Great Black Hope and till now has just continued along the same lines as the others... 

He came into office facing a huge financial downturn mainly caused by the old build up of housing prices to one of the biggest bubbles we have ever made and then of course the eye popping bust of that market bringing with it the destruction of the derivative packages they had rolled out of the mortgages created during the bubble.   After some feeble attempts to get things going again with a package rammed through a reluctant congress he bought a little bump up in the economy..Hidden the great fanfare of saving the auto companies was the little known fact that all new hires by them were brought in at half pay and of course their benefit package was downgraded.  

In the meantime the downturn was used by corporations to declare bankruptcies or merge with other companies which of course enabled them to reduce wages and benefits  across the board.. Lots of pension funds were simply stolen and the IRA's touted as the pension plan of the future... Problem being that they will not fill the bill anywhere near to a defined benefit plan..

At the same time the shipping of factories and jobs overseas destroyed up to 8 million jobs here... Still going on today the movement of jobs overseas or at best bringing in foreign workers to fill jobs here for less  money of course.. under the pretense that there was a shortage of qualified workers here.. 

Of course in financial times such as we are going through now with current business thinking , they are sitting around with tons of money with nothing to do so of course they start buying up one another.. Their funds being helped along by the FED pumping in 90 billion of free money into the economy which the bad guys are using to pump the stock market to new highs... (yep just another bubble about to burst).  All these merger an acquisitions of course destroy jobs and pensions..

A concerted campaign to convince the public that government  employees of all stripes are overpaid and overcompensated has become the theme song of the right particularly and I am sad to say being joined by democrats including the president . 

Our first real taste of an Austerity program is being felt right now and of course the most needy are the first being hit... and oh golly gee the military is going to take a hit of pimple size..and they will make it hurt as much as they can...

It will be the most informing hour of your economic life.. Here's a dude (Richard Wolff)  who attended 3 universities (Harvard , Stanford and  Yale) graduating from all 3 with degrees in economics.  He wondered during his academic career why the economics he was being taught didn't not appear to be what was happening in the real world..

He started a search of dissidents to the theories he was being taught to see what was really going on..  He discovered there were actually two different fields of economics being taught at all 3..  They were in two different buildings one labled Business and the other Economics.. The theories were distinctly different from each other, on the business side they were teaching the next leaders of industry how to run their business and it didn't have anything to do with economic theory as taught on the other side..

The world will make better sense to you after listening to Wolff , you will finally understand why you thought all along that the economists we see and read are mostly full of it..

Well shit they just met in Davos and came away telling us they don't have a clue on how to fix this problem that they themselves created.

FAIRYTALES AT DAVOS

Larry Summers speaking at the Pow-Wow of the rich in Davos recently spun a Fairy Tale that in fact was just a big fat lie.  Supposedly he told this fib because he thought that was what they wanted to hear, and perhaps they did.. Because it showed basically that their decimation of the American working man had no effect on the working man..Saying that productivity and wages rose on top of one another and that meaning as productivity went up wages should have, when in fact wages went in the opposite direction.

Of course we are fed the same BS through our MSM but anybody using Google can find that very graph easy enough.  In fact this graph is more daming that just the words for on it you can see wages use to track productivity hand in hand , which all changed around 1980 (thank you Ronnie) .

PREDATORS AT WORK WORLDWIDE

The drive on worldwide to force austerity on the nations of the world to pay off debt laid on these countries by banks with their crooked devices, will not work, has never worked anywhere anytime...

The Predators are after every last dime we the people have.. and it will take a full scale shutdown of everything to get them to their knees.. No work, no paying bills, no buying anything.  Within a week they would cave and come ask us what we want... We need to select a team to do are negotiating , I would pick Senator Sanders, Warren and Congressman Grayson, Mayor Booker of Newark, NJ for my part of the team.  I would be interested in who you would add..

Austerity drives in the EU have destroyed Greece, drove  Spain and France to their knees, and put England into what they are calling the third recession...(really a depression.  Now if the right has it's way we will join them.

The last quarter of 2012 showed a negative GNP due to a lack of Government spending .  Who knows how far it will go negative if they start cutting , with defense spending high on the list we could see a negative GNP in the -5 range easily.

As always we can sit by our TV or trusty INTERNET connection and what the show, nothing  we can do will change what is about to happen.  Our action will only come when things get so bad we are willing to sit down and wait...

LICK THE CONE OF JUSTICE WHILE YOU CAN

In this piece by Paul Craig Roberts he paints a very dark picture of the erosion of our Constitutional rights bit by bit over the last 30+ years.  

Remember after 911 the Patriot popped up as legislation that had just been written and anybody who cared to think about it knew it was already in the can just waiting for an event to allow it to be put into service.. 

The lack  of real news in MSM leaves those that care trolling the blogs for info that is real.. How long before those bloggers get scared enough to stop writing..?
